By browsing any Site or using services available on the Sites (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy (available at: Privacy Statement) and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that any and all information received during chats, online discussions, Support Desk submissions, or made available to MobileERP in any manner will not be considered confidential or proprietary and that we will be under no obligation to keep such information confidential. You further acknowledge that MobileERP will have an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute such information, and you also agree MobileERP is free to use any ideas, know-how or concepts that you send to us for any purpose.

All MobileERP.in, erpweb.com, softrobot.biz Domain names & Service Marks so designated and all MobileERP Products referenced on the Websites are either trademarks copyrights or registered trademarks of MobileERP.in company. All custom graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the Websites are trademarks, service marks or trade dress of MobileERP and may not be used in any manner without the express written consent of MobileERP. ERPWEB, SoftRobot & SoftServer are registered copyrights of MobileERP owner in name of Mr. Ashish Shah.

MobileERP has made every effort to supply third-party trademark information on the Websites. All third party trademarks represented on the Websites may be the property of their respective owners. Any technology, code, product, free trials come with MobileERP Software to build user requirements are sole responsibility of client company to procure its respective license. MobileERP will not be responsible for usage of third party trademark, products, components, softwares, codes or parts for client business use.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF (I) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES, OR (II) THE LOWEST AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ALL LEGAL MATTERS IS SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIVE COURTS OF BARODA, GUJARAT STATE, INDIA.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the MobileERP Parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Sites, the Services, Products, Programs, and/or the Content; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use and/or our Privacy Policy; and/or (iii) your violation of any third party right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination, modification, or expiration of these Terms of Use.

MobileERP reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to amend or to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice to you.
